Art in lockdown
What would Vienna be without art?
Even during the second Lockdowns starting November 3rd ART 9TEEN Private Art Club offers a varied and exciting program.
“Especially in times in which we are withdrawing more and more into private life, whether we want it or not, it is important for many people to be able to experience art, live. It is becoming more and more important to see perspectives that you would otherwise not see and to exchange ideas. Art is part of the lifestyle, but investing in art also currently promises extraordinarily interesting prospects with a sustainable increase in value. Ultimately, art and gold are the currencies of crises and wars. The point is not to paint the wrong picture, but to describe phenomena that are rarely discussed in public. When you leave an art exhibition, you usually feel better and when you buy art, always good! ” notes Thomas Emmerling, art collector and initiator of ART 9TEEN.
“Due to the continuously increasing number of visitors and the announced closure of the museums, we are adapting our offer to demand,” says Alexander Varvaressos, initiator of ART 9TEEN and adds, “Also because of the extended security measures and the associated maximum number of visitors, maximum security and comfort will be offered. With regard to this offer, we are optimistic that we will come out of the lockdown stronger”
For the time being starting Tuesday, November 3rd until Monday, November 28th, 2020, the current exhibition can be viewed free of charge in the exclusive sales location of ART 9TEEN Private Art Club in Vienna’s Billrothstraße .
